Friendly heads up that the Internal Revenue Service is requiring
FOR EVERYONE ON THE TAX RETURN
-
a social security card
-
long form birth certificates, or hospital issued birth certificate with child's name date of birth and parents name on it for taxpayer and spouse included
-
school demographic form
-
medical information sheet that has the medical centers name and address on it
-
A CURRENT state issued identification card or Driver's license
-
All addresses must match
-
All documents must state for tax year 2022
-
And for those that file as head of household
-
Either your rental lease or mortgage interest statement ( with your name on it)

A utility bill with your name on it
-
Property tax statement with your name on it

IRS SCAM
There is an email scam going around that is seeming like it comes from the IRS. The name is Internal Revenue Service with the email different email addresses. The Message reads:
*Starts with the IRS Logo at the top*
After we received your financial activities, we decided to provide a tax refund of (and there will be a $ with an amount to follow)
These funds are related to your tax return during this time.
To process this payment, we need to verify your complete data.
Please click the button below to complete the data.
Submit Now
Please do not click on the Submit Now. This is a scam. The IRS will not start communications with you through email or social media. Do NOT CLick on the link or even try to reply back to the email.
