Charity grew up with her Mom doing Taxes and started preparing at sixteen. Her mom turned the office over to her and she has been running the business for twenty-three years.

Brandon started as a Receptionist and did that for one year. The very next year he started preparing taxes.

Victoria started as a preparer and moved to IRS Logistics and Analysis in a short time. She wears several different hats in the office.

Lauren was brought on as a receptionist and quickly became the "Spreadsheet Girl". She also runs the site you're looking at.
